Program Overview
StudentScholars Private School offers a full-day academic program focused on small class sizes, individualized learning, and enriched curriculum in Math, English, Science, French, Leadership, Social Studies, Arts, Music, and Robotics & STEM. Our certified and experienced educators are committed to nurturing academic excellence, confidence, and strong character in every child.

At StudentScholars, we strive to make tuition payment convenient and family friendly. We offer flexible payment plans so you can choose the option that works best for your budget.

Option 1. Annual Full Payment (At the time of registration)

Option 2. Semester Payment Plan (Full payment in 2 Payments)

Option 3. Monthly Payment Plan (10 Months)

First and Last Month Payment is required at the time of registration.

For monthly payments, the payment for each month must be made one month in advance. For example, payment for September is due by August 1st.

Late Payment Policy

Payments must be received for the program to be offered.

If the payment is not received, the school reserves the right to suspend access until payment is resolved.​​

Important Notes

Tuition payments are non-refundable after the start of the term
-
Missed days cannot be refunded

Withdrawal Policy
-
Withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the school administration.
-
Withdrawals before September 25, 2025 will receive a full tuition refund excluding the registration and material fees.
-
Withdrawals after September 25, 2025 will receive 75% reimbursement of the unused portion of tuition for the remainder of the school year excluding the registration and material fees.

Any unpaid fees at the time of withdrawal will be due in full.
